Solutions

Solutions to achieve productivity, capacity and/or lead time improvements are the result of applying best practices where they add value and ensuring the solution is fully integrated with existing bottlenecks and infrastructure. The method follows the principles of Lean manufacturing and includes:

  • Reduction of goods movement, elimination of paper work

  • Location tracking of all materials, lots and containers

  • Optimization of work flow and disconnection of process steps

  • Incorporation of efficient work centers, both manual and automated, e.g., dispensing robot,  clusters, mobile carts, dispensing work centers, mobile shelves.

  • Applications of the principles of 5S and more

Manufacturing execution systems (MES) are then applied to enable and integrate all activities, provide real-time data, and eliminate all types of paperwork. The outcome is a system that provides real-time data for real-time visibility to all activities.

The system is routinely linked to any ERP, Accounting, LIMS, and Equipment Control Systems for any and all types of equipment.

Application of these methods applies to manufacture of fragrances, flavors, cosmetics, chemicals, food, consumer products, and more.
