To address these questions, an assessment is performed that begins with a site walk-through followed by an analysis of a client’s historical data and current equipment layout.

 

A base case is established and opportunities for improvement are developed and compiled into a set of scenarios. This is accomplished using a proprietary, rational analysis using a wide range of best practices. Scenarios with associated budgets are compared and a discussion with the client takes place.
