Agreement

Typically, up to three solution scenarios are presented, which are developed for different budgets. These scenarios are reviewed with the client who agrees to the scope of work, budget, timing and next steps based on their preferences.

Examples of solutions for a selection of clients:

A growing U.K.-based global fragrance company had an aging manufacturing site, and wanted to increase capacity to meet sales forecasts for the next ten years, rather than relocate. A site renovation plan was developed that optimized use of their existing dispensing robot, re-routed material flow, and incorporated efficient work centers. This tripled existing capacity and doubled productivity, while giving the company the ability to stay on-site for the next ten years.
